Business Hours

You can place your order anytime and email your inquiries 24/7 but please do note that our business operation schedule is from Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. We'll do our best to reply within a 24-48 hour time frame. 

Local Payment & Shipping

We accept payments via BDO Cash Deposit/ Online Fund Transfer and BPI Cash Deposit/ Online Fund Transfer. Flat shipping and handling fee applies upon checkout.

For clients choosing to pay via bank deposit, please email us a photo of your transaction to hello@sundaypaperco.com for payment confirmation. Allow 24-48 hours for us to confirm your payment. Once confirmed, we'll begin processing your order. Self collection is available in selected stockists. Please email hello@sundaypaperco.com for further details. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping if within Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for shipping if outside Metro Manila. You will receive a notification via email regarding the status of your order + a tracking number.  

We are not liable for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect shipping address or contact details. Please double check all information provided upon checkout. We will not be shipping items without payment confirmation. But in case you experience any shipping problems, please email hello@sundaypaperco.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

International Payment & Shipping

If you wish to order, please view our official stockist list and check if we are available in your country. If we do not have a partner retailer in your country, please email hello@sundaypaperco.com with your orders & complete shipping address. Shipping fee vary depending on weight and location. Do note that taxes & duties imposed by your country should be settled by the buyer and is not included in your total payment to us. 

Payment can be made via Paypal. Necessary transaction fees will be included. 

Return & Exchange

If in case you received an item that is damaged or faulty, you may opt to file a refund/exchange request within (7) seven business days upon receipt of the order. Once approved, refund may be in the form of store credits or full cash paid. For exchanges, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Sadly, we cannot cover for shipping charges paid once returned to us.

Please note that all sales are final for personalization and custom orders. 

Workshop Policies

We do not offer refund in case you can no longer attend a workshop, but we can definitely mail your materials (included in the class). You may opt to transfer your slot to a friend but please notify us one week before the class date. If in case cancellation will come from our end, you'll receive further details on how you can claim your refund/store credit. 

 

Privacy Policy

Here at Sunday Paper, we value your privacy! All personal info collected and stored in our database is used only to further improve our customer’s shopping experience. We do not store bank or credit card info. We use the Paypal gateway system to ensure security on your online transaction. Please note that our Policies may be edited for improvement without prior notice.
